PUDUCHERRY : Opposition AIADMK legislators on Friday staged a walkout from the Assembly, accusing the Speaker if not conducting the House proceedings as per rules and guidelines. Also, the MLAs opposed the formation of the Public Accounts Committee and Estimates Committee. When Speaker V Sabapathy named the members of the committees, AIADMK Deputy Legislative Party leader A Anbazhagan said committees for the fiscal year 2014-15 were formed bypassing relevant rules. He termed the appointment of panel members as ‘undemocratic and unethical’.
