COIMBATORE:The police seized a bus after two schoolchildren were forced to get off the vehicle here on Monday.
Police sources said the kids had boarded the bus near Uppilipalayam. The conductor, who noticed them using bus passes meant for school students without wearing school uniforms, forced them to alight near a private hospital. The children then walked back home and told their parents about the incident.
Following this, their family members and local residents stopped the bus near Red Fields and picked up a quarrel with the bus conductor and driver. Police intervened and took the bus to the police station.
