CHENNAI: Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa on Wednesday greeted Dr V Shantha, chairperson, Cancer Institute, Adyar for being honoured with Padma Vibhushan award this year.
“I congratulate you, both personally and on behalf of the people of Tamil Nadu. You have done the State proud,” the Chief Minister said in her greeting message to Dr Shantha.
