Tamil Nadu Vanigar Sangankalin Peravai, a traders’ body, will not participate in the April 25 bandh. “On May 5, we are organising a traders’ conference in Chennai. For that, shops will have to be shut for one or two days. Hence, it will not be possible to support to the April 25 bandh,” Peravai secretary T Vellaiyan said.
