PUDUCHERRY: The internal conflict has spilled to Pondy with the effigies of leaders being burnt by their opponents in front of the beach resort where 18 MLAs loyal to Dhinakaran are lodged.
Cadre led by former MLA Om Sakthi Segar staged a protest in front of Windflower Beach Resort and burnt effigy of Dhinakaran. In retaliation, cadre loyal to Dhinakaran came to the resort and raised slogans against O Panneerselvam and burnt his effigy.
