  • As a caretaker, he can continue as long as the Governor deems.
  • If the Governor is not inviting Sasikala to form the government, the only option available before the party is to expel him and move a no-confidence motion. It should be noted that the Assembly has been adjourned sine die not prorogued.
  • The AIADMK has convened a meeting of MLAs on Wednesday morning.
