NIZAMABAD: A large number of applicants of Aasara Social Security Pensions scheme continued their protests all over the district on Monday also under the banners of different political and non- political originations.
District collector D Ronald Rose instructed to open special counter at the collector arte to receive applications and complaints on Aasara pensions.
The applicants came to the collector office from different parts of the district and submitted their applications and complaints at the special counter. They also met the collector and poured out their grievances.
He assured them that the respective officials would take decision on their applications after due inquiry. He asked the applicants not to come to the district headquarters and submit their applications in nearest Aasara pension distribution point in village or municipality.
