TD MLA Revanth Booked for Remarks on KCR

HYDERABAD: The Banjara Hills police on Tuesday registered a criminal case against TDP MLA Revanth Reddy for making graft allegations against Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his son and IT minister K Taraka Ramarao.

Following a complaint filed by an advocate Govardhan Reddy against the TDP leader, the Banjara Hills police registered the case and served a notice on Revanth Reddy.

The TDP leader had accused KCR of receiving Rs 100 crore bribe from the managements of engineering and medical colleges in return for hiking the fees for management and NRI seats.
