TS Inter Board Seeks Jr Colleges' Affiliation

HYDERABAD: The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education invites online applications from the managements of existing private, aided and unaided junior colleges (including composite colleges), cooperative, incentive, Telangana social welfare, Telangana tribal welfare and Telangana residential junior colleges/Kendriya Vidyalayas in the Telangana state for extension of provisional affiliation, including sanction of additional sections, up to three years with an option to managements to apply for minimum two to three years from the current academic year. The managements have to ensure that FDR, register lease deed of the college building and playground should be in force for the period for which they have submitted the proposals. Fire safety certificate should be renewed periodically every year. Otherwise, the proposals will not be considered. Application fees of Rs 500 and the prescribed inspection fee and affiliation fee are shown in Form-II and should be paid together online through Andhra Bank in favour of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana State and payable at Hyderabad. The last date for submission of uploaded applications in duplicate along with necessary enclosures in the office of the RIO concerned of BIE is October 31 without late fee. The application can be submitted with a late fee of Rs 1,000 till November 10, with a late fee of Rs 3,000 till October 17, with a late fee of Rs 5,000 till November 24, with a late fee of Rs 10,000 till December 1, with a late fee of Rs 15,000 December 8 and with a late fee of Rs 20,000 till December 15. The managements have to submit affiliation proposals only in the office of the regional inspection officer concerned. Any proposals submitted directly at the head office will be rejected.
