KAB Model Eamcet in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh on April 14

The results will be declared on April 20 and the toppers will be awarded prizes worth Rs 1 lakh.

HYDERABAD: A free ‘KAB Model EAMCET 2016’ will be conducted at all district headquarters and major cities in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh from 10 am to 1 pm on April 14.

The model EAMCET will be conducted jointly by KAB Educational Consultants and Aurora group of institutions along with technology partners TCS, iON, JB Group and Guru Nanak Group of Institutions.

Former JNTU-H vice-chancellor DN Reddy and KAB director K Venkatesh here on Tuesday said that that the model test would be beneficial to students taking the EAMCET in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The exam will test their preparedness (subject knowledge) for taking the EAMCET-2016.

The exam will be held in English and Telugu media and about 20,000 students in the two Telugu states are expected to appear for it. The results will be declared on April 20 and the toppers will be awarded prizes worth Rs 1 lakh.

The exam will be conducted at 40 centres in Telangana and at 15 centres in Andhra Pradesh. Students can write the exam free by registering at the helpline centres. The process of submission of online applications will be open till April 10. The application fee is Rs 100.
