HYDERABAD: The High Court on Friday directed the metropolitan sessions judge court of Hyderabad to transfer the cases filed by Enforcement Directorate before it against Jagati Publications of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act to the special CBI court.
Justice Raja Elango was allowing the petition filed by Vijaya Sai Reddy, auditor of Jagati Publications, seeking transfer of cases filed by ED.
The petitioner’s counsel told the judge that the MSJ court had refused their request to transfer the cases to CBI court and Centre had recently designated CBI court to try the cases of ED under PMLA Act.
