KM Joseph is New Chief Justice

HYDERABAD: Acting Chief Justice Dilip B Bhosale of the Hyderabad High Court has been posted as the Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court. Where as, K M Joseph, the Chief Justice of Uttarakhand has been transferred as Chief Justice of Hyderabad on Tuesday.

Justice Bhosale was appointed Acting Chief Justice for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in May 2015.

Justice Joseph(57), enrolled as an advocate in 1982 in Delhi. A native of Kerala, he studied Law at Government Law College, Ernakulam. He practised at the High Court of Kerala from 1983.

He has been a Permanent Member of Kerala High Court Advocates Association. He was named as Permanent Judge of the High Court of Kerala in 2004. Transferred to High Court of Uttarakhand, he assumed charge in 2014 as Chief Justice of the High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital.
