ID proof must for Secretariat visitors

HYDERABAD: Are you planning to meet an officer or a minister at Telangana Secretariat?

Carry your Aadhaar card or any ID proofs such as driving licence, ID given by a government office, PAN card, ration card, voter ID, etc. to enter into the Secretariat building. 

An identity proof is a must for visitors, from June 2 onwards.

Chief secretary Rajiv Sharma on Saturday launched the Visitor Pass Management System    (VPMS) at the Secretariat for the visitors to enter Telangana Secretariat premises.

Principal secretary (GAD political) Adhar Sinha, additional secretary N Shankar and other officials were present when the Chief Secretary launched the new visitor system.

Daily passes will be issued during the visiting hours (3 pm to 5 pm).
