Two more arrested

In a significant development in the spotted deer poaching case, the police arrested two more accused — Akbar Khan and Abdul Raheem on Tuesday.

BHUPALPALLY: In a significant development in the spotted deer poaching case, the police arrested two more accused — Akbar Khan and Abdul Raheem on Tuesday.
Five people have been arrested in the case so far. The police also seized one licensed rifle, 18 rounds and 3 cellphones from Akbar’s house. Both were remanded to judicial custody.

According to Mahadevpur DSP KRK Prasad, special teams have been formed to nab the absconding persons. The police registered cases under Section 25 (1) (a), 27 of Arms Act, 353, 189, 429, 143, 144, 506 (ii) red along with 149 Indian Penal Code (IPC).
