Dharna Chowk relocation: TJAC protest in Delhi

The TJAC will hold a seminar at Constitution Club in Delhi on Tuesday to assess the three years rule of TRS in the state.

HYDERABAD: An all-party delegation led by TJAC chairman M Kodandaram called on Union Home minister Rajnath Singh in New Delhi on Monday and urged him to suggest the state government to drop its proposal to relocate Dharna Chowk from Indira Park to peripheral areas of Hyderabad. 
After calling on Rajnath Singh, Kodandaram claimed that the Union Home minister had patiently heard their plea and promised to ask TS government to drop a proposal to shift Dharna Chowk.

Earlier, TJAC organised a dharna at Jantar Mantar in Delhi opposing state government’s proposal. Leaders belonging to opposition parties such as Congress, TDP and Left took part in protest demonstration.
The TJAC will hold a seminar at Constitution Club in Delhi on Tuesday to assess the three years rule of TRS in the state.
