HYDERABAD: A division bench of the Hyderabad High Court on Monday directed the state government to constitute the “State Commission for Debt Relief (small farmers, agricultural labourers and rural artisans)” consisting of five members, including a retired High Court judge, within next three months. A bench of Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan and Justice J Uma Devi passed this direction in a PIL by BJP leader N Indrasena Reddy seeking a direction to the state government to constitute the above commission forthwith.
