TS to attend Delhi meet on development

Officials of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh will give a presentation on the best practices being implemented their states on the developmental parameters at a national  conference of state chief secretaries, and finance and planning secretaries in Delhi on July 10.

HYDERABAD: Officials of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh will give a presentation on the best practices being implemented their states on the developmental parameters at a national  conference of state chief secretaries, and finance and planning secretaries in Delhi on July 10.


The conference, ‘States as drivers of transforming India’, is likely to be addressed by prime minister Narendra Modi and NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant will give an analysis on “where do states stand on development parameters”.


Telangana chief secretary SP Singh, finance secretary K Ramakrishna Rao, planning secretary BP Acharya and IT secretary Jayesh Ranjan will attend the conference. AP and TS officers will give presentation on outcome monitoring on real time basis, moving ahead on SDGs and other parameters.  On behalf of TS, Sangareddy district collector Manick Raj Kannan would give the presentation, planning secretary BP Acharya said.
