HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad High Court said the results of NEET (UG) - 2017 are subject to the final orders of the petition pending before it. Justice C Praveen Kumar was passing this order in a petition filed by Md Javeed and others who appeared for NEET - 2017.
The petitioner’s counsel told the court that though his clients have chosen English medium, they got the question paper in Telugu which is illegal. When they refused to answer the paper in Telugu, the authorities threatened them to write the exam in Telugu.
After hearing the case, the judge then issued notices to respondents seeking explanation. The judge made it clear that the results of NEET- 2017 will be subjected to final decision of HC, and adjourned the case.
