Gitam inaugurates 2-day FDP in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: With an aim to make classroom more student-friendly, GITAM (deemed-to-be) university inaugurated a two-day Faculty Development Programme on ‘Activity Based Learning at its campus on Friday. Professor V Ganesan, former Dean (AR) IIT Madras inaugurated the programme in the presence of Gitam Hyderabad Pro VC Prof N Siva Prasad.
After the inauguration, Ganesan said, “The overall quality of teaching and learning is improved when students have ample opportunities to clarify, question, apply, and consolidate new knowledge.”
