HYDERABAD: Keeping in view that the petitioner requires immediate transplantation of kidney, the HC passed an urgent order directing the Telangana state principal secretary to health and authorization committee for Organ Transplant to allow 41-year-old Ratnakar Peddada of the city for transplantation of kidney from 37-year-old Raju Kunkunooru who came forward to donate the kidney out of affection.
Justice A Rajasheker Reddy was allowing a petition by Ratnakar by setting aside the order passed by the concerned principal secretary.
