Ace designer Ashish Soni completes two decades in the fashion industry and what better way to celebrate the milestone than holding a retrospective—Absolut Soni that celebrates his 20 years of work through an exhibition.
The exhibition curated by Soni in association with Absolut is a treat to the fashionistas. The iconic pieces over the years have been juxtaposed with complementing installations that recreates the very thought behind each of those iconic designs by Soni. The expansive multimedia exhibition is on throughout the month of February at The Aman Hotel.
The opening night bash at Aman was one of the fine ones in recent times. We spotted Rohit Bal, Tarun Tahiliani, Sunil Sethi, Rajesh Pratap, Varun Bahl and Namrata Joshipura. Ramona Narang, Mohit Burman, Arjun Rampal, Sonali and Peter Punj, Vikram Chandra, Sashank and Reshma Bhagat and many more city’s swish-set poured in to congratulate Soni and party hard till wee hours.
