Looking for hallmark gold jewellery? Look no far, as the Festival of Gold is in town. MMTC Limited flagged off its annual exhibition-cum-sale Festival of Gold in the capital on November 2, 2012. It also embarked on its golden jubilee by launching its exclusive jewellery brand, Sanchi. In an all-new avatar, this brand will showcase contemporary designer jewellery in gold, diamond and silver that has been fashioned in-sync with the changing market trends.
Declared open by the Chairman and Managing Director, MMTC Limited, D S Dhesi, the festival houses the largest collection of gold jewellery from various parts of the country, and will be held till Dhanteras on November 11 at The Ashok, Chanakyapuri. The festival will exhibit collections of plain gold and studded jewellery from many states, including Delhi, Maharastra, Bengal, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Goa. Special bridal collection, gold and silver medallions in various denominations and silverware gift and puja items will also be showcased.
