Fio Country Kitchen andBar presents its ‘Italian Food Festival’ comprising some delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian pastas and thin-crust wood-fired pizzas. The promotion that is on till October 15, comprises Spaghetti Cob Lemone E Penoli, Penne All' Arrabiata, Penne Dila FIO, Fettuccini Con Funghi, Lasagna Con Aspiragi, Gnocchi Con Pesto Di Pomodori Con Okra, Risotto Con Misto Fungi, Spaghetti Agli Olio Con Pollo Asparagi, Penne Con Pollo E Funghi, Fettuccini All Amatriciana, Lasagna Al Forno Risotto Con Frutti Di Mare,  Basilico E Bocconcini, Primavera Pizza, Prosciutto Di Parma pizza, Pollo E Funghi and a lot more. ‘‘At Fio, our pizzas roll out from our handmade wood-fired oven and are thin crust yet wholesome. The Porchinif, Parma or the Buffalo Mozzarella—all come from Italy. The Basil, Al spice, Rosemarry, Thyme and other herbs are house-grown along with other greens to ensure good quality produce,’’ says Chef Bill, executive chef, FIO Country Kitchen and Bar, adding, ‘‘If you are looking for a scrumptious authentic Italian feast, Fio is your best bet.’’
