CPI.jpgTHIRUVANANTHAPURAM:How about a mobile app where you can take up issues in your neighbourhood with your candidate? In an effort to reach the young voters in the 27 constituencies where party candidates are seeking people’s mandate, the CPI is going for smart campaigning, including web portals for each candidate, constituency-specific mobile applications and new media campaigning.

The mobile application will have the candidate’s photograph as its icon. It will have a short profile of the candidate along with his achievements and a background info.
