A similar notice was served under Section 41 (A) of CrPC on TDP leader Ponguru Narayana Rao, who was the minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development during the TDP regime.
The Andhra CID is learnt to have registered an FIR against Naidu for various procedural irregularities with regard to decisions taken in relation to the capital city project.
