Members of SDPI on Friday alleged that the NIA had filed its chargesheet in connection with last year’s DJ Halli violence, under the influence of Sangh Parivar.
The agency has named 247 people as accused in the case, according to NIA sources.
The commission has received only three such applications so far.
The notification issued on January 27 states that the office of the Claims Commissioner is located at Balabrooie Guest House.
The agency on November 18 had conducted searches at 43 locations in Bengaluru, including at the four offices of SDPI in the rioting case, in which three people lost their lives in police firing.

A senior police officer said that this chargesheet is related only to the case filed by the MLA and the process of preparing chargesheets in other FIRs is on.
The CCB’s chargesheet is related to an FIR on the torching of the MLA’s house on the night of August 11.
The action came days after the NIA took over the investigation into two cases in which the city police has invoked the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.
