Narsinghanand, who often triggers controversy with his provocative remarks, has called the three-day "dharma sansad" beginning December 17, the birth anniversary of former BJP MP Baikunth Lal Sharma.
Tyagi had approached the top court after the Uttarakhand High Court dismissed his bail plea in March this year.
The chief judicial magistrate's court sent him to jail and asked authorities to make adequate arrangements for his security in prison as he had cited a threat to his life.
Tyagi, called Waseem Rizvi before his conversion to Hinduism, was granted an interim bail for three months on medical grounds in the Dharma Sansad case by the Supreme Court on May 17.
The case against Tyagi and others had been lodged on the complaint of Nadeem Ali, a resident of Jwalapur Haridwar at Haridwar Kotwali on January 2, 2022.
Hindu Front for Justice has filed the intervention application through lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain and gave internet links of alleged hate speeches made by various Muslim leaders.
