Gujarat polls: 21 per cent of phase 2 candidates of Congress, 15 per cent of BJP face criminal cases

The Gujarat Election Watch and the ADR analysed the affidavits of 822 out of 851 candidates, who are contesting in the second phase of the assembly election starting from December 14.
