The number of recoveries is 237, while 11 COVID-19 patients have migrated out of the hill state, Special Secretary (Health) Nipun Jindal said.
Sources said that out of them, seven people used to travel daily to Himachal Pradesh's Kala Amb in Sirmaur district to their respective units, from neighbouring Haryana, where they reside.
Nineteen patients were discharged on Sunday, Additional Chief Secretary R D Dhiman said, adding that now the state has 188 active cases.
'Himachal Pradesh is still better than other states,' the Chief Minister said and urged the returnees to follow quarantine norms whether they were being kept in any institution or at home.
The fresh cases are from Hamirpur and Kangra districts, Additional Chief Secretary (Health) R D Dhiman said.
The man who was already kept under home quarantine showed some symptoms for COVID-19 and his samples were taken for testing, Deputy Commissioner Rugved Thakur said.
