Across much of the occupied West Bank, Palestinians are prevented from building structures without Israeli military permits.
It said there were 211 recorded attacks against health workers in Gaza and 25 ambulances had been damaged.
The U.N. Security Council planned to meet Tuesday to discuss the violence, though it was not clear what might come out of the session.
The 37, including a 14-year-old, were shot dead by Israeli forces as clashes broke out at five points along the Gaza border hours before the opening of the embassy.
The majority of Palestinians killed were attackers or suspected perpetrators of attacks, often youths, and armed with knives.
