Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope has said those suspended would be terminated if the probe established them to be involved in the horrendous lapse.
A report will be submitted to the government and appropriate action will be taken at the state- level, Yavatmal Collector M D Singh said.

The incident took place at Bhanbora PHC in Kapsikopri village when the National Pulse Polio vaccination drive for children aged 1-5 years was underway.
Pulse polio drive was launched across the State on Sunday with healthcare staff administering the vaccine to eligible children below five years of age.
Over 23,331 booths were set up and 877 mobile teams were formed for the purpose.

The state on Sunday launched the Pulse-Polio programme on Sunday and on the first day itself covered 90.5 per cent of the targeted children’s population.
Remaining children will be covered during door-to-door surveillance in the coming days
Vaccination teams have also been deployed at bus terminals, railway stations, airports and ferry crossing to vaccinate children in transit to ensure no child misses the life-saving dose.
The CM inaugurated polio vaccination camp at the airport where he administered the vaccine to four children.
A total of 2,09,098 children, below the age of five years, will be administered oral polio vaccine in the district as part of the pulse polio immunisation drive on Sunday.
The government has said that this will be the 17th year the State has been polio-free.
