RTOs will issue the special permit on the same day as far as possible and the order will remain in place till the applicants are not able to get the document online.
The 13 RTOs would not allow anyone inside without appointment. Only 33% of usual appointments will be granted.
Ahmedabad Traffic Police shared the photo of the RTO receipt on its Twitter handle and claimed that the fine of Rs 27.68 lakh was the highest ever in India.
However, the new Dwarka RTO will not have the automated driving test centre facility that is available at the Jharoda Kalan office.
