YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has rejected the proposal to be appointed as the permanent president of the YSRCP, party general secretary Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said on Thursday.
They raised several demands including extending DDO powers to headmasters, issuing GPF accounts to the municipal teachers and releasing the transfer schedule along with the ZP schools.
He alleged that the TDP chief was trying to project himself as the ultimate choice of the people of AP, but he was very wrong.
Participating in the YSRC social media wing meeting at the party headquarters on Tuesday, Sajjala said for any party to be successful, it should be ‘live’.

Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy alleged Naidu was trying to mislead the public by displaying morphed images in a photo exhibition on illegal mining held by the TDP.
Sajjala said that the YSR Congress is of the view that there should be consensus when electing Constitutional posts.
He said that the conveners heading the various committees formed for the smooth conduct of the plenary, should take responsibility and ensure that those attending the meet are not put to any inconveni
Sajjala said the event is not just the party plenary, but a platform to discuss the people’s agenda and take crucial decisions.
