Earlier this month, the Taliban ordered all women in public to wear head-to-toe clothing that leaves only their eyes visible.

UN human rights experts said these concerns are exacerbated in the cases of women from "ethnic, religious or linguistic minorities such as the Hazara, Tajik, Hindu and other communities."
"The Islamic Emirate's leadership directs all relevant organisations... to take serious action to enforce Women's Rights," the decree states, quoting elusive supreme leader Hibatullah Akhundzada.
Taliban spokesperson Sayed Zekrullah Hashimi said that women can't be made ministers and they should rather give birth.
