In his message, Shah said that India has been a country of diverse languages; Hindi unites the diversity of languages in the world’s largest democracy.
Shah briefed that the water level is likely to recede in the next 24 hours and is keeping a close watch on the situation along with the Lt Governor (of) Delhi.
Delhi recorded 153 mm of rain in 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Sunday, the highest in a single day in July since 1982, the IMD has said.
Shah also criticized Chief Minister Gehlot's alleged inaction and politicization of the Kanhaiyalal murder case and the Jaipur bomb blast case.
The Home Minister also announced that a CBI probe will be instituted to investigate five criminal conspiracies and one general conspiracy behind the violence in Manipur.
