The Narcotics Control Bureau had arrested 20 persons including actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan after raiding a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast on October 2.
The Special Enquiry Team will examine Gosavi after he is sent in judicial custody and an application in this regard will be heard by the court on Monday, an official said.
Jaiswal was one of the seven persons including Aryan Khan whom the NCB had apprehended on October 2 before boarding the cruise ship.
Bombay High Court had issued a detailed bail order of Aryan Khan on October 29, which stated that he should appear before NCB every Friday and was asked to surrender his passport.

Sail, who is the personal bodyguard of Kiran Gosavi and also a witness in the Mumbai cruise ship raid case, levelled allegations of corruption against Gosavi and Sameer Wankhede.
Sail, who claims to be the bodyguard of NCB witness K P Gosavi, had last month claimed in an affidavit that he had heard Gosavi discussing a pay-off deal after Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB.
The five-member SET, headed by an NCB Deputy Director General, was formed to conduct inquiry into allegations made by independent witness Prabhakar Sail and others.
