Reacting to the revelations made by former CAG Vinod Rai in his book ‘not just an accountant’ about the erstwhile UPA government that its coalition functionaries had deputed politicians to get him leave out names from the audit reports in the Coalgate and Commonwealth Games scams, JDU leader Ali Anwar said Rai should have spoken when he was in office.
