Principal, Student Charged For Listing Modi In Negative Faces

Seven people, including principal and student editor of a Government Polytechnic College in Kunnamkulam town of Thrissur district, have been charged for placing Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a list of the world's most 'negative faces' in the college magazine. However, none of them have been arrested.
