Suspected ISIS operative held in Delhi, several IEDs seized

#Delhi Police Special Cell has on Saturday arrested one #ISIS operative with several Improvised Explosives Devices (IEDs) after a brief exchange of fire in the Ridge area at Dhaula Kuan.
