Police as part of the checking at St Peter's junction in Pathanamthitta found the 47-year-old man in a scooter riding without mask. When quizzed they found he was supposed to be in homequarantine as he arrived from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on July 3. On calling his home, his wife said he had a quarrel with her and went out in his scooter. After he did not yield to surrender to the police, health workers wearing full PPE kits were summoned. He was finally caught in a dramatic way at the Pathanamthitta town.
