Kanpur encounter case: Police arrest gangster Vikas Dubey in Ujjain, to be brought back in UP

In a major development, the most wanted UP gangster #VikasDubey was arrested in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain on July 9. 48-year-old Dubey, is the main accused in a case related to the Kanpur encounter in which eight police men were martyred last week.
