Covid-19: Dull festive season and lull in business has affected potters in Bengaluru

It's that time of the year when the entire year's hard work bears fruit but this year the potters are left to wonder what the future holds for them as there are no sales. They take loans to help them procure materials and keep them going until this period. The unexpected #Coronavirus has left them hanging. They haven't paid rent and any of their bills and wonder when the electricity connection will be snapped. They have been living off the ration distributed to them by volunteers and other organizations. They hope the government gives them a few days to sell the small idols which will help them breathe.
