Unlock 5: Schools reopen with strict COVID-19 protocol in some states

Several states on Oct 19 reopened schools outside containment zones with strict #COVID19 protocols. Earlier, as part of Unlock 5 the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) had released detailed guidelines for reopening schools and colleges in the country in a graded manner, starting from October 15.
