Beijing Winter Olympics: India to boycott opening, closing ceremonies over PLA torchbearer

India on Thursday announced that its top diplomat in China will skip the opening or closing ceremony of the #BeijingWinterOlympics while describing as "regrettable" the Chinese side fielding a military officer involved in the #GalwanValleyClash as its torchbearer for the mega sporting event.
