Indore: A rare museum of gramophone records preserves Lata Didi’s 7,500 songs in 32 languages

A museum in Indore has a collection of 7,600 rare gramophone records of songs of melody queen Lata Mangeshkar. The museum-Lata Dinanath Mangeshkar Gramophone Records Sangrahalaya is located in Pigdambar village, Indore. This museum of gramophone records preserves the rarest of rare collections of songs sung by Lata Mangeshkar between 1955 and 2006. The museum is being run since 1970 by 70-year-old Suman Chourasia, a die-hard #LataMangeshkar fan.
