November 10 is the birth anniversary of erstwhile ruler of Mysore, Tippu Sultan and is celebrated as Tippu Jayanti. It may be recalled that in 2018 the Congress leaders had not allowed Asaduddin Owaisi into Karnataka and they requested him to leave Karnataka during his rally near Tannery Road fearing his entry could divide the Muslim vote.
