Cheetahs back in India after 70 years; arrives in Madhya Pradesh on PM Modi’s 72nd birthday

Cheetahs are back in India after 70 years. They were declared officially extinct in 1952. A group of eight cheetahs arrived from Namibia on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday on September 17. Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the big cats in Madhya Pradesh’s Kuno National Park.
