SC grants BRS leader Kavitha bail after five months under custody in Delhi Excise policy case

SC granted relief to BRS MLC K Kavitha in the Delhi excise policy case on August 27. A two-bench of Justice B.R. Gavai and Justice K.V. Viswanathan passed the order. The top court held that the Delhi High Court's decision to deny her bail was flawed.
