Karnataka HC dismisses petition by CM Siddaramaiah against prosecution in MUDA case

The Karnataka High Court dismissed CM Siddaramaiah's petition in the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) case on September 24. The petition challenged Governor Thawarchand Gehlot's decision to allow the CM's prosecution in the case. The Governor granted the sanction on August 16 over alleged irregularities in land compensation. Meanwhile, Siddaramaiah blamed the BJP-led NDA for 'revenge politics'.
