'India was the first to reach Myanmar, launched Operation Brahma': PM Modi on Myanmar earthquake

PM Modi, while addressing a public meeting in Nagpur, praised India’s ‘Operation Brahma’ launched to aid Myanmar after a tragic earthquake. He said "India was the first to reach there and launched Operation Brahma. India does not take time to extend help.”
